Purpose Statement
Reporting to the Managing Director, the outside Foundry Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales into the Foundry keeping team updated on prospecting sales activity. Developing New Business, Building and sustaining relationships, Prospecting, Monitoring, and tracking monthly sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company. This position is expected to travel 50% of the time.
Develop and sustain an atmosphere of continuous improvement in line with Castalloy's values, policies and business plan.
- Adhere to all Castalloy policies and procedures.
- Expected to work unsupervised and to be accountable and responsible for your activities.
- Required to work in a manner conducive to being part of the Castalloy sales and marketing team.
- Required to effectively implement Castalloy company strategies and policy.
